I run a small business myself & whenever I am launching a new product, I alway set up an automatic sponsored products campaign. This is what I teach my clients too & today I am sharing this with you guys that it is EASY & YES you can do this even if you have no idea how to run ads.

Now once you launch it, let Amazon algorithm do its thing. Keep an eye on it but let it spend & bring in some sales. You leave it for at least a week before you do your first optimization. Word of advice - DO NOT OBSESS over ACOS in the first week, let it be high, if its low is great.. We have set it up right! Now let it do its thing. I will show you in the optimization we can reign it in.

Today we are talking about how to optimise a sponsored products automatic campaign. We already learnt to set it up & launch it in this video, linked in description below & cards above. I want to go over a few points that I look for when optimising before we go to my ad console and I will show you in practice. 

1. Identify where the sales came from. The match type, search terms, placements. Bid adjustments will be done based on this. 
2. ACOS might be high initially, we will optimise and adjust things to bring it down. It's a process. ACOS will be different every week. Goal is to bring it down.
3. Identify how many organic sales you got using total orders for the ASIN in your seller central. Use the Orders section to find that.
4. YES, it almost always happens. You will have some organic orders & paid orders which will bring down your TACOS for the ASIN.
5. Negative match some KW/ASIN if you see fit. I will explain that with an example in just a second. 
6. Budget consideration. Increase campaign budget or not? 
7. Hours of the day feature. Bid adjustment rule. If you know your peak hours when the sales come through,  you can set a rule to increase bids by 10% during that time slot. This feature is a game changer. And it's free to use in your ad console in seller central. Demo coming up later in this video.
